    Herman Romberg Goldcraft is happy to exchange any unaltered and unworn retail merchandise within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. Items on Sale, special orders, modified and custom pieces, or items showing signs of wear are not returnable or exchangeable.

     

    Herman Romberg Goldcraft does provide complimentary resizings on all specially designed and customized gifts during the first year. Contact us to arrange for your free resize.

     

    Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

     

  • Shipping information

    You are welcome to pick up your item in the workshop. If desired Herman Romberg Goldcraft makes a personal appointment with you for delivery or he uses a traceable and reliable delivery service, like UPS or FedEx. In that case a signature will be required on delivery to guarantee insurrance. He aims to deliver your item within 48 hours.

     

    If you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact Herman Romberg Goldcraft, so that he can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, he is more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available.
