    Herman Romberg Goldcraft does provide complimentary resizings on all specially designed and customized jewelry during the first year. Contact us to arrange for your free resize.

  • SHIPPING INFORMATION

    You are welcome to pick up your item in the workshop. If desired Herman Romberg Goldcraft makes a personal appointment with you for delivery or he uses a traceable and reliable delivery service, like UPS or FedEx. In that case a signature will be required on delivery to guarantee insurrance. He aims to deliver your item within 48 hours.

     

    If you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact Herman Romberg Goldcraft, so that he can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, he is more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available.
